I would suggest you to complete your graduation through, correspondence, and then if possible go for MBA or EMBA as you must be having good amount of work experience. I would also suggest that you can also opt for technology driven certification like SAP which is one of the popular software being used in various Business sectors.

Well there are several subjects available in the UPSC (Main) optional Subjects and opting among these would depend highly on your education background and your interest.
