Yes, there is an exam named TISSNET conducted by TISS-Mumbai.

Generally the fees specified by a B-School for its full-time MBA programme is for 2-years. Example, the fees of NMIMS Mumbai is Rs 16.5 Lacs for its 2-year programme, and not for one year. Hope it helps!

To get into FMS through OBC quota you would require a 97 percentile up to be in the safe zone and not worry much about PI and Extempore.
If you somehow get 94-95 percentile then you need to do exceptionally well in PI, say a score of 13/15.

For business studies go for BBA. Search for top colleges in Mumbai. Apply to some of them as the colleges have criteria based on 12th and entrance scores. If any of the colleges have integrated BBA+MBA then try to focus on that. This will save your one year. Also, you don't have to do MBA again. Job prospects are much better after MBA.
