Infrastructure wise, it is a good university. Coming to BBA programme, there is not much placements as engineering is doing good. Anyway, after BBA, you should do MBA from a good business school to get bright career.

The age limit to appear for JEE Mains is as follows-
Candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1993, shall be eligible for JEE Main 2018. For SC, ST, PWD candidates, the age relaxation of 5 years is applicable. Hope this will be helpful for you.

Scholarships are on merit-basis. If you have an excellent profile the university will consider you for scholarships and it will completely depend on the university. Every country and university have financial aids for international students. The US is a country known to give scholarships generously more than any other country.
