Arun, by the time you get some links for colleges do read this. Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. There are many good colleges where you may apply, but prior applying you need to do some research to find out which are the colleges that provide proper educational facilities, faculties as well as placements. Location also plays an important role since safety matters a lot.

Hi Pramod,
All 4 institutes are equally good. However, I would recommend NSIT, as its one of the premiere institutes.
We can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute among the four.
You can consider the below parameters
1) Faculty,
2) Affiliation / Recognition
3) Course Material,
4) Quality Education,
5) Fees
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
8) Placement
9) Top recruiting companies.
Also, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute.

Hi Rallabhandy,
It'll be a little difficult to say anythnig about VIT because last year around 4,720 students were offered admissions at VIT University ,Vellore and Chennai.
Out of this number, 3600 seats were offered to students at VIT Vellore and the remaining 1,120 at VIT Chennai but only the first 20,000 rank holders are called for counselling.
All major branches like CS, EC, EE are likely to close at 9,000 in main campus and 15,000 in chennai campus.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful.
