The options are unlimited, as you have done your class 12 with science. With the combination of biology, physics and chemistry you can take up medicine, dentistry, Pharmacy, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology, Microbiology). Apart from doing the degree level courses in science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas, such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration, hotel management, tourism management etc. you can also opt for courses outside the university stream, such as hotel management, fashion technology, industrial design, packaging, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses and a host of post 10 + 2 level vocational courses. For pursuing a course in engineering you should have Maths as compulsory subject in 10+2. However, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, Website: www.aiims.ac.in or www.aiims.edu, offers B.Tech (Biotechnology) with Class XII with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. To get admission in the top medical college in India you would need to score above 90% in 12th and do very well in entrance exam.
With a PCM combination of subjects, you can pursue almost any field you set your mind on. You can ofcourse do Engineering which is a professional degree and has streams such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic and Communication etc. You can do your graduation in subjects of your interest, even switching to Humanities or Commerce streams if you so desire.
You can do a BCA (Computer Applications), BBA (Business Administration), Law, Civil Aviation – Pilot, Astronomy, Architecture, Design, Mass Communication, Merchant Navy, Defense Forces, Psychology, Civil Services etc. To decide on the course, you should analyse your strengths, career goals, interests, personality, aptitude and ability. If you decide based on these parameters you will put in your best effort and will be successful in your chosen field.

If you have inclination for science stream then you have plenty of choice:
option#1: Appear for engineering entrance exams and get the best engineering college through JEE mains and other entrance exams conducted seperately by some colleges
option#2 If you want to opt for some other field then you can choose law as your preferred field. For that you have to appear for CLAT.
option#3 You can do vocational course like B.Com, BBA or B.Sc in animation. For getting admission in these courses, every college has their own admission criteria. For example for D.U you need to have very good 12th score and in some colleges like that of Bangalore you need to appear for entrance which would be cakewalk for you.
You have plenty of options, you just need to know your inclination and interest. Opportunities are vast as sea, so do not worry and judge your interest first as you have all the options open. It would be bit vague to advise you without 12th marks, your interest. So, i have just provided few options.

Data Science is the extraction of knowledge from large volumes of data that aren't structured, which is a continuation of the field data mining and predictive analytics, also known as knowledge discovery and data mining (KDD). "Unstructured data" can include emails, videos, photos, social media, and other user-generated content. Data Scientists are qualified people with strength and patience to tunnel through mountains of information, the technical skills in writing algorithms to extract insights from these troves of information, and the talent and vision to discern patterns while others see none.
Broadly speaking, to begin a career as a data scientist, you need an advanced degree in a scientific discipline like Statistics, Mathematics or one of the Sciences and a strong technical background. You also need to develop a deep expertise in diverse analytical tools like SAS, Hadoop and R. It’s also beneficial to have had previous exposure to working with large amounts of data, preferably even some data mining algorithms.
