I would recommend you to opt for MBA in the same specialization for regular PG.
There are many universities abroad which offer MBA. You need to find it as per your interest for country. There are some top universities in india like Lovely professional university and osmani university which provide credit transfer course that is half of the study in india and second half in abroad. By this fee can be saved and ultimately one gets degree of abroad university.this can be one of the options.

Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
Please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad , you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.

With your rank and interest I would suggest you to join a degree course in Journalism and mass communication as it has streams of animation, photography etc in it.and check academic details of wide platform, exposure, faculty, scholarships etc.in some good colleges like chitkara, lovely univ, visvesveraya etc
