NO it is not compulsory. if you opt for that it will be added advantage to learn basics of CS i first year.

At 36 i dont think so you will get admission in any government college.
But there is good option for you in private university like VIT, PSG College of Technology, Lovely Professional University. These universities conduct there own entrance test on the basis on which you may get scholarship too.

There is no specialization of electronics in B.Sc. You can choose B.Sc in IT, CSE, animation, design with minor in electronics.
The cancept of minor is only available in limited universities in india such as SRM, Lovely professional university.

Dear your percentage is good. You dint not mention your interest.
There are many engineering branches as CSE,ECE, EEE, IT, ME, Civil, Mechatronics etc.
It depend upon your choice. I would like to tell you that it is important to choose college as well beside only program. College or university matters a lot as it reflect your career and growth. You should opt for Chetana's. It's the second oldest instiute in Mumbai after JBIMS.
It is also known for better placement.
The faculty for Marketing is amazing.
