To get admission in B.Arch, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for an entrance exam.
Some of the entrance exams in Architecture are :
-National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)
-Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED)

Yes, you can get admission. But taking admission in college of engg pune is not easy due to large competition.

A university should be recognized by UGC and it it has its campus those should be recognized by AICTE therefore a university doesnt require AICTE approval.
There are some other equally university where you can apply like Lovely Professional University, Osmani uni. Compare ranking, infrastructure, number of students etc before taking admission.
