To get admission in NITs, IITs or IIITs you need to have at least 75% in 12th. So if you have 50% or less and have above 150 marks in JEE Mains. So, you are not eligible to take admission.

It is not at all required to do graduation for pursuing company secretaryship course.
However, CS or any other course is not equivalent to a graduation degree, so for being a graduate you need to do b. Com
However, in no way is it mandatory to complete B.Com first. Graduation is just an add on which you do simultaneously along with CS.
You can just register with ICSI and start on your professional journey.

DOEAAC O Level is equivalent to foundation level course and A Level is equivalent to Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications. BCA is higher degree than even A Level. You are eligible to apply for a government job where eligibility criteria is A Level.
