PGDM is Diploma Programme and MBA is Master's Programme
PGDM Diploma awarded by Institute and MBA by University
PGDM must be approved by AICTE and MBA is always approved by AICTE
PGDM syllabi is updated frequently and MBA takes 3/5 years to change
Ultimately both are management programmes it depends upon how student develop in this two years to become acceptable to Business World
