You can get admission after appearing for MAH CET through CAP rounds. Since the institute is Linguistic Minority (Hindi), Management seats and Institute seats are filled by the management on merit scores of MAH CET or 2nd CET conducted by Association of Management Institutes, Pune. This year this 2nd CET was held on 18th July. For admission to OCIHE , graduation with min. 45% for open candidates and 40% for Catagory students (valid for this year only, from next academic session it will be 50% and 45% respectively) along with valid CET score is must. First you should focus on doing the masters degree like MCA/ Msc IT to increase your value in the software industry as a fresher.
Also you should pursue courses in parallel and there are a lot of options as i am listing below the most prominent ones from the job point of view:
1. Java/J2EE - The server side software development of web is mostly done by this most secure language option. Most of the banks in India and abroad implement their web applications using Java/J2EE only.
2. Oracle/Mysql/DB2/DBA - This is one of the most reliable course options but you will not get any work of software development on its basis, yet you can continue doing it if you have interest in DBMS.
3. CCNA/MCSE - These networking certifications can employ you as a network engineer and again even in the recession period these were the most reliable career options, if not most exciting.
4. .NET/PHP - These are popular languages which are direct counterparts of Java. These are mainly used for light weight application development on the server side and client side. .NET is also easy to master compared to the long Java Library.

Hi. Yes you can pursue your masters from US or UK. I would recommend you to pursue your masters from US and it is a better country for engineering. Please find below the requirements:
1)GRE: You will be required to take the GRE test which is calculated on 1600 score. You will be required to score atleast1000 in test. The higher you score, the better is your chance of admission.
2)TOEFL: TOEFL is an english examination which is preferred medium of english examination in USA and is calculated on a score of 120. You will be required to score atleast 90 in this exam.
3)SOP:It is a statement of purpose which is a part of the application wherein you have to write an essay within 1500-3000 words expressing to the university why they should admit you.
4)Letters of Recommendation:You will be required to submit atleast 2 letters of recommendation.You will have to choose 2 academic or professional referees who will write recommendations on the basis of the questions asked by the university in the LOR. It is a part of the application.
5) Lastly, you need need to score atleast 75% in your bachelors.

MS in Automotive Engineering - Hochschule Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,2.Master of Science in Automotive Engineering [M.Sc.] Zwickau H University of Applied Sciences , 3. Automotive and transport engineering, Transport studies,GIST (German Institue of Science and Technology), 4. Automotive manufacturing, Mechanical engineering, general,Offenburg H University of Applied Science
To get an entry into the program you should have bachelors degree in relevant field also you need to give any of these english test TOEFL -score of at least 550 points or The IELTS test (minimum 6.5)

If you want to go UK for law program then you must have to give LNAT exam , The National Admissions Test for Law, or LNAT, is run by a consortium of UK universities. It helps universities to make fairer choices among the many highly-qualified applicants who want to join their undergraduate law programmes.
If your first language is not English you must provide an English language qualification. Recognised qualifications are: IELTS 7.0 bands , TOEFL 600 PBT is required.
Universities like:- University of Birmingham, University of Salford, University of Northampton, University of Bedfordshire etc.
Once you full fill the entry requirement then you need to apply through UCAS kindly visit the university website for further details.
