Next intake totally depends from university to university. Ideally, the next intake would be January 2011 for which you would have to submit your applications maximum by end of September/October depending on the university. If you want to pursue your MS in USA and want to target the top universities like Stanford, University of Berkeley(Haas) or Yale University, you would need to score a 1300+ atleast in the GRE and a 100+ score in TOEFL IBT.
