As far my knowledge is concerned, the minimum eligibility required to write IIT JEE remains 60% in 12th with PCM as the subjects of study, but then there are relaxations given to the reserved classes like OBC, SC/ST and other classes. If you fall under this consideration may be then you can expect a certain relaxation over your aggregate.
