Hi Sugumar,
There are many organisations in Germany that award scholarships and grants to international students. For example, the DAAD specifically funds advanced students, graduates and postgraduates, i.e. doctoral students. Besides public funding organisations, there are also many private initiatives offered by business and industry, media and politics that are committed to supporting young international academics and researchers.Kindly refer this link to know more about scholarships :- http://newdelhi.daad.de/

Disha School of Management (DSM) offers courses related to management of different disciplines and each of which have a different fee structure and to know about the same, you are requested to contact the institute directly. Further the admission process for a diploma course and PG Diploma course differs and it would be better if you could mention the name of the course that you would prefer to pursue, accordingly I may then be able to provide you the details for the same.
