Hi Palraj,
With a history of lot many arrears during your graduation, getting a good job may be quite difficult but then the recruiters are highly inclined to judge a person depending on one's education and also your talent.
I would suggest you to clear your arrears and depending on the situation you can also upgrade yourself with various courses in a field of your interest like hardware networking, network security, industrial automation, tele-communication, wireless, embedded systems etc as this will definitely help you to get better job opportunities by providing further value to your current education profile.

Hi Sheetal,
It depends on the field that you wish to enter to pursue a career, if you are looking for the Physiotherapy, getting any short term course in this field is not possible but then you can look forward to pursue MPT course (Masters), this would help you in getting way better career opportunities in the field of Physiotherapy.
Other than this you can look forward to pursue courses in Management, Clinical Research and other fields. It would be better if you could provide me with your area of interest based on which I would be able to provide you further information.

Hi Mahesh,
I have no idea in which course you are interested in however IELTS is just one of the criteria , admission depends on so many factors like previous academics, GRE, GMAT score if applicable , kindly let me know in which score you are interest in will surely help you . Although a student visa doesn't allow you to take full time job,you could surely do with a bit of extra income. As a international student you are permitted to work upto 4 hours/day,but not more than 180 half days/year.Both on campus and off-campus work is permitted. In any case, knowledge of German language is a strong plus point for a job.
