In higher studies, i am talking about professional degrees like B.E or B.TECH , then again there is a different fee structure for NRI vs Indian citizen. the fee remains close (if not equal).If you get OCI then you will be considered as an indian and will pay the same fees as a resident indian until high school. for undergraduate it would again be the same with indian resident. for post graduation depending on the course there could be differential depending upon the course. on the other hand if you are on a PIO card, some (not all) educational institutions might charge you more . however on the positive side you also have reservation in premier institutes such as IITs and IISc for NRI quota . OCI is a second name for dual citizenship while PIO is a special status. PIO has lots of restrictions prominent being that one has to report to Foreign Registration Office every 6 months. this status is valid for only 15 to 20 years and renewable thereafter. OCI is a lifelong recognition just like a dual citizenship and does not require any renewal. for NRI student the fees for chemical engineering in TSEC would be 5 times more than that of government quota. the fees in government quota changes every year , so it is best to call the institute

CCNA is the starting step towards Networking line for more enhancement u must have to some more Certifications. R u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System? for what purpose u would like to do CCNA? wanted to go in network line? is that so? wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right? if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After CCNA u will be only a network person if u do RHCE then u can opt System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin as well if u have Database knowledge then u can be DBA as well the combination of RHCE+CCNA+MCSE will be good cos CCNA is 80% theory and 20% practical and RHCE is 100% practical after completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.

For Securing Network u must have thorough knowledge of Network and for securing data u must have thorough knowledge of one Operating System for that U must choose the OS which is running in Industry like Linux, for that u can opt RHCE & RHCSS

Praveena.Candidates applying for postgraduate study in Bioinformatics are required to have a degree in biological/biomedical sciences, computer science or mathematics. However, preference will be given to applicants with good grades in biological/biomedical sciences degree AND good knowledge of C++, Java or PERL AND evidence of good knowlegde of algorithms. But in reality, it is extremely hard for universities to find such candidates. So, if you apply for MTech in Bioinformatics and get admission, be prepared to get a high dosage of Biology and mathematics during your first semester.
