Hi,
All most all the universities in countries like US, UK,Canada, offers variety of courses at undergraduate level. Since you are a non-medical student you can pursue courses in the field of engineering, computers and many more fields.
Please remember in order to pursue undergraduate course in US, UK, Canada, you need to have:
Good academic background, preferably 60% plus in 12th.
Relevant 12th degree from recognized education board.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus, or
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.

Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like tu suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons. Yes Sunil you will get the call from good college. Here distance education is not matter every college test your skill and knowledge and your performance in GD/PI. Every college want minimum qualification graduation in any discipline and admission are done on the basis of entrance exam like CAT/MAT marks and further selected on the basis of GD/PI.
