Hello mr.avesh,welcome to https://shiksha.com and In the question i understood that u need to study a bachelors degree in mechanical right and i am very sorry most of the universities are kept a bench Mark for international students as 60% in 10+2 level and kofcourse it may not be mandatory we can manage and coming to financial 6 lakh is the good moneybut at least u will need 8-10 for this process and for visa regulations all the money has to be credited in your personal account for at least 2 months if not you can approach a loan and it's geuine too don't worry it's a big process if you really wants to study reply me with your more do

Hi,
In order to pursue PGDM from AICTE approved institutes you need to have Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT,MAT,XAT, etc.

Hi Nitin , To know more details about both the institution and the course details, you can directly look into the institution website , where you can easily differentiate about the needs and requirement which you expect for your studies according to that you can choose the college and even in the website you can find the last submission date as well, or else cal the admission department of the institution directly and get to know details about it, I am sure they will help you in giving details
