After BHM, you can directly get jobs in hotels, cruise, hospitals, airway or all around the world and you can even apply for govt. jobs.
For further study, there's Masters in HA too.

Hello Radha Krishna,
After the completion of B.Tech, you may opt for higher studies in the field of B.Tech itself or management if you are interested.
In the field if engineering you may opt for any of the specializations based on the current trends. For that, you may write the exams like GATE, GRE (for abroad), etc.
If you want to go in the field of management, then you may appear for the exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, NMAT, CMAT, GMAT (for abroad), etc. to get admission into the sought after colleges for MBA.

Yes, you can go for MBA in any of these and it's great you have 4 years' experience of working in a firm where you have the greater advantage for your career. The specialisation you are opting for are greater need for growing business and who are getting or new towards international markets and even great demand for startups who have or will opt in future to grow towards international market so, according to me you have greater chance of good career in this field as because you know how to get adjusted in firms easily and even better communications than fresher.
