UGC, the body that controls all universities in India is likely to ban engineering being offered via distance mode. Actually, it's saying all courses requiring substantial practicals should not be offered. So, please check and get on a bandwagon at earliest else it will be too late.

Yes, you can try under SPP but check with the colleges first if they can admit you on the basis of DSA. Your B.Com grades are lower than the minimum required academic percentage that is 55%. You will also find very good options in Australia.

It's next to impossible to get a transfer from a private engineering college to another. It would be rather easy to abandon and apply fresh for first-year admission.

As per your query my suggestion is to pursue MBA in sales and marketing from IGNOU. It is worth and costs reasonable. Else go for Symbiosis/NMIMS.
