I am really happy that you have broached a good query. Admissions to any engineering college these days is only via some or the other entrance test. Also, trend of students is bid for IT or CSE. You have to focus upon few things - prepare a good command over language (English and Hindi build strong vocabulary, be habitual of reading newspaper daily, scroll the history like of printing, press, media and focus upon current affairs. Hello Pravin,
You better hurry if you have to start learning via distance education mode. UGC is in process of stopping all courses via distance which require lots of practical. But you can think of doing AMIE which is equivalent to BE, while working. It's through distance mode only.
