Please first check the entry requirements, many post-secondary certificates are below Bachelor's degree. In that case, chances of admission or even visa are low. You can check your concerned college website for details. Visa is not a guarantee if you are applying to a course for which you are overqualified. If your practical knowledge is good then you should try for CA or ICWA. If you have good theoretical knowledge then CS is a good choice.

To do MBA whether regular or open you need to get your graduation degree first. All MBA colleges ask for graduation with 50%.

TET eligibility:

You can opt for many courses, but best would be PhD, as you have already completed your M.Sc and PhD is easy to get as compared to the other degree. Plus you'll get enough stipends to live and pay your fees and you can save up to 20-30% of money. PhD is really worth to pursue from foreign countries.

I am sorry to say this but finding a job in the United States is next to impossible nowadays. However, you can go to Canada and after acquiring the PR you will be eligible to move to the US freely and search for the job as well.
