Dear Ithakdeep,
To become a chef, you require the right kind of attitude, aptitude and love for food. The more and more inquisitive you are regarding various cuisines, the better the chef, you will become.
To be a Chef, you really don't need a Degree but yes, if you do Hotel Management, it will fine tune your ability and likings. It will expose you to various cuisines in a short time and in a scientific manner. So my suggestion will be to do Hotel Management.

This would depend a lot on the need for earning. If you can manage without income for about 2 years then I would advise you to go for full-time MBA from any of the top 10 MBA institutes or in case you intend to continue working then you must explore Execuitve MBA/distance MBA/part-time MBA from top colleges.
Your specialisation should be based on your current area of work or in an area in which you are keen to pursue a career.
