After doing graduation in Biotech you can go either go for higher studies and opt for courses like M.Sc, M.Tech or MBA or otherwise you can opt for short term or long term courses in clinical research, clinical database management, you can also get into IT field by opting for various networking or software related courses, can opt for SAP programs as well. Last but not least you can also look at UPSC Examinations.

Firstly it is always beneficial to opt for a regular MBA course instead of a part time course but in any case if you plan for a Part time MBA, then most of the institutes prefer taking students with some work experience.
