If you need MBA in hurry then you have to go for 1 year MBA course in private institutes they also give you high % . You can try KSOU or Mahatma Gandhi University , Kerala .

As you haven't mentioned your Major subject of B.Sc i would suggest you some streams to apply for MBA after doing B.Sc
1)Masters in Business Administration
2)Masters in Business Management
3)Masters in Agriculture business
4)Masters in Operations Management

ETAN don't have any branch in Chennai . ETAN IAS Branches are located in Lucknow , Raipur and Agra Only .
Though u can do IAS Exam preparation by some renowned Institutes in Chennai like
BSA Crescent IAS Academy , Indian Ias Academy , STRATEGY IAS ACADEMY etc.

If you have done your M.Sc from a UGC recognised University then you are eligible to apply for Ph.D in any of the University of your choice . It doesn't matter whether you did it by distance learning or regular learning . Best of luck for your Future Rachna .
