Visit Russell's center and meet Course Counsellor.
Counsellor asks you to take a small English Test.
The Counsellor will also ask about your requirements in English.
Based on your requirements and Test score, Counselor will suggest the
Course duration and fees.
Then, you can pay the fees and start your course immediately.

To some extent to which I understand your question Vikram I suggest that you do a course in Marketing management. Since you are in a job you can opt for diatance education course from an institute which is approved by UGC & DEC and of which the learning centre is preferably located in your city or near to it .

As per your profile pursuing MBA in HR or finance would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
However, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your BBA, and then pursue MBA.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
