You can consider the below mentioned programs:
1. M.Sc in management (Accounting): Brock University.
2. Master of accountancy: Brock University.
3. Master of accounting: University of Alberta.
4. Master of accounting: University of Waterloo.
The only concern is that you have a three year undergraduate degree. You must carefully check the university websites for admission requirements as they ask for a 4 year Bachelor's degree. I would also advise you to check options in Australia as accounting professionals are very much in demand and also you can apply with your B.Com degree.

Chances are extremely nil. Your profile is quite poor I am afraid. A poorly ranked college might enroll but your degree will not be recognized neither will you get a job. You will only end up investing time and lots of money. You can still try applying. Check options in East Europe, Africa etc. I will also advice you to find out if you have other interests, you may not be the suitable fit for engineering
