Hello Karan Kumar,
It's indeed great to hear from you that you are interested in doing engineering from government college. If only you had mentioned the state to which you belong to a better response could have been given. However, there will definitely be a link in the web page of 'DTE of tech education' of your state about this issue. If you visit, you will come to all information about lateral admission.
Best wishes to you.

Hello Arpit,
I can appreciate your enthusiasm and sincerity in looking for architectural field after your BE in civil engineering, but I am afraid admissions to M Arch are only on the basis of Bachelor of architecture and even while doing Bachelor of architecture one needs to pass in exam called NATA, which I am sure you would not have attempted because you were doing only BE. This being the case I am really unable to help you in giving the link for any institute which will accept your candidature for M Arch after doing BE civil. However, best wishes to your future career.

The marks is not an issue. You just need to clear the selection process with a minimum of 75-80% and do show your interest in the Hyderabad Campus and that would do.
