I don't think you need to cry that you are poor
First of all, if you are academically strong many scholarships are available there
Second, B.Com cost hardly 8000 to 15000
Even if you do job anywhere for 3 months, you will easily earn that much money
Third, IGNOU offers distance B.Com and the fee is hardly 2200 per annum including cost for study materials
You are accessing internet this means definitely you are not that much poor
