There are hardly any institutes in India that can offer you M.tech through correspondence but then the value of a distance or correspondence course is less when compared to the regular mode education, also getting the course in the particular stream of your interest is even rarer as an option.

Since you're a designer, moving up the same chain would be good. in this line higher openings are Art Director, Project Manager/ Co-ordinator etc. If you want to go for Proj Manager, then MBA could help bur focus on operations management. Otherwise, go for learning UXD/ UID etc to groom yourself for high-end work. Alternatively going for a Commercial Arts Qualification can get you to Art Director level. However, a lot of sketching would be a must in that case.
