Hello Jay, welcome to Shiksha. it's great that you have started working in Food Bazar and now are a team leader. Shiksha appreciates your enthusiasm and passion. let me tell you, there is no age bar as such for continuing education except under some special cases. It is a very wise and correct decision and at a very correct time. Having a bachelors degree in business admn will definitely elevate your career as you already know the nuances of the trade. Generally students put the things they learn in colleges into practice while working. In your case you are transferring the experiences into theory.
Wishing you all the success,
Gomti
