Hi Shweta, you can definitely go ahead with a PhD in Germany. the govt funds international students for PhD so you should apply for scholarships as well. The entire process applying for scholarships and admission takes about 1.5 to 2 yrs so plan accordingly. You can apply for scholarship only when you have the offer letter from Univ. As far I know about the institute that you are referring to, the institute is not offering any M.Sc course in Food science and Nutrition, instead it offers a PG Certificate course in Nutrition.
