I regret to inform you but you are not eligible to pursue a Masters course in Canada due to the following reasons:
1) Your degree is a 3 year degree whereas the degree requirement by universities in Canada is a 4 year degree or equivalent
2) Your IELTS score is pretty low. Atleast 6.5 band score is required with a minimum score of 6 in each section
3) 50% is also fairly on the lower end as per the requirements by most universities in Canada.
Incase you are serious about studying in Canada, you have 2 options, either to pursue a post graduate diploma in India and then apply for a degree in Canada, or pursue a post graduate diplom

You have a pretty decent profile. You can apply to University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, University of Pittsburgh, and University of North Carolina-Chappel Hill.
All the mentioned universities are really good for MS Pharmacy.

You can begin applying to Universities 6 months before the classes begin. The classes begin twice a year in Jan/Feb and July. There is a small intake in Sep for MBA.
