“The Institute of Company Secretaries of India” (ICSI) is a premier National Professional body established by Act of Parliament to develop and regulate the Profession of Company Secretaries.
ICSI imparts training in Company Secretaryship by Distance Learning (by correspondence) enabling students to qualify as Company Secretaries. The Institute provides “Course Material” for all the subjects at the time of Registration. There is also provision for Optional Oral Coaching classes.

Stages to become a Company Secretary
The student who would like to join the Course after 10+2 has to undergo three stages to pursue the Company Secretaries Course i.e.
Foundation Programme
Executive Programme
Professional Programme
In addition, the student has to undergo Practical Training for about 15 months which a student may opt to start after passing the Executive Programme.

Well to be honest shifting from one domain to another will not be a good option as you might have to start everything from the beginning.
But as you have asked this question, I would like to help you with the answer. Advertising and PR is a very good course and has a good career scope in the media world. Advertising requires a lot of creativity and innovation as one has to do a lot of research in order to study the demand of the product in the market, then you need to design the advertisement according to the target consumers depending upon the age group, gender etc. Thus making the advertisement field more interesting and challenging. Now for PR I would say that it requires more of personality and communication skills, one needs to get his or her work done. The minimum eligibility for admission to B.D.S degree course :
** The candidate shall have obtained not less than 50% of the aggregate marks Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together at the qualifying examination.
Scheduled caste and Scheduled Tribe students shall be given relaxation of 10% in the aggregate marks required for eligibility.
** Age-limit : Candidate should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or would complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the first year B.D.S Course.

After completing BDS you can opt for MSD, MS, MDent or MSc. There are various one-year PG diploma courses like Diploma in anesthesia, Bacteriology, Dermatology, Child Health,Clinical Pathology, Health Administration, Orthodontics, etc.
The selection for Post graduate courses is based on the exams conducted by medical colleges.
