As per your query, I would say that whichever college you studying, would surely assist you with companies for your training as OJT (On-the-job-training) is a mandatory part of curriculum for all professional programs.

B.A means Bachelor of Arts. It's a first degree. Its for the people who have done their secondary education in arts related subjects.
BCA means Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) is an undergraduate degree in computer application of three years course. The program exposes students to several areas of computer applications including the new developments that keep pace with the industry in IT field or in development sector.
B.com means Commerce field three-year degree course in subjects like Commerce,Accountancy/ Commercial Law/ Banking Law/Taxation/with computer education allso as an option .
