Most of the institutes and universities in France do not require IELTS or TOEFL score, however as French is a national language of France so it is always advisable to pursue basic level of French Language course before leaving for France.

Hi, India holds a UPSC examination every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
UPSC conducts civil services examination every year in the month of May and June and its main exam is in the month of December. The notification for this exam comes out in the month of January end.
The three-step process is:
-Preliminary Exam (Prelims),
-Main Exam (Mains),
-Interview.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
1)A candidate should have a degree of graduation in any field from any recognized university.
2)A candidate in his final year is also eligible for the civil services exam. (IPS, IFS, IAS)
3)A candidate's age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
4)A candidate must be an indian citizen.
To crack the exam, the preparation requires focused study rather than plain hard work.
