With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination for you, as universities sin Canada requires 16 years of education for admission in their masters program.
There are many good universities in UK , which offers MBA degree,however if you wish to pursue MBA from good universities in UK, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation, besides work experience you also need to take GMAT test and get a score of atleast 500-600 plus.
As you are pursuing graduation, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after graduation and then opt for MBA.
The advantage of this step would be,you will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
This work experience would help you to get admission in good universities.
Finally if you work for some years, you can yourself finance your partial or full tuition fees of the universities.
How ever if you wish to continue with your studies, you can opt for Msc in management form UK.
The course curriculum of Msc in management, is almost similar to MBA, the only difference is, MBA is more of a practical oriented course and Msc in management. is more of a theoretical course.

Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language. Can u independently handle any language? If ur ans comes yes then only think for software development line or testing line. Every line is good only depends upon u how much depth knowledge u have. As far as salary is concerned It depends upon u how tactfully and technically u have cleared ur interview not upon the degree or certificate u have with u. If ur ans goes to no for programming then some other line as well for ur career. Being a Electronic engineer u can choose embedded system line as well for this u must have sound knowledge of C, C++ and JAVA (complete). If u want u can make plan in Networking line as well. Network Admin, Security Admin, System Admin for this u must have to opt RHCE+CCNA+MCITP+RHCVA & RHCSS as well. The Civil service exam is carried out by the UPSE on a yearly basis. The exam is a national level exam. All Indian citizens are eligible to appear in the exam. The basic education requirement is to have a bachelor's degree in any stream of study. The age of the candidate also must be within 21 – 30 years. There will be given age relaxation for the candidates from the reservation category. You have asked for the required percentage in each of the levels for civil service. There is no such requirement. Anyone who has passed a bachelors degree can send an application for appearing the CSAT exam. The Civil service exam is one of the hardest exams to get pass. You need to put in lot of effort and hard work in order to get thorough each of the sections in flying colors.
Only graduation marks will take for a candidate attending for civil exams but tenth & inter exam result should be 60%.
