You can prepare by going for tuitions or coaching. Another option is to practice with mock question papers. These will be available from all leading book stores. By doing this, you will get a clear idea about the exam syllabus and pattern. When appearing for the interview, you must make sure that they answer correctly. Taking some time for answering each question will also be a good idea.

Hi, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the body which presides over the Company Secretary program.
The minimum educational qualification to apply for a company secretary course is 10+2. The course has three stages which are Foundation, Intermediate and Final. Foundation course is open for those who have only done 10+2. Those with graduation or a pass in final exams of ICWAI or ICAI can directly apply for the intermediate stage. After doing the Intermediate course and clearing the exams one goes into the final stage. To become a company secretary a candidate needs to be a member of Institute of Company Secretaries. For that one needs to clear the final stage by passing the examinations, gain practical experience and do the required training. As you are interested in working in serials, I would first suggest you to get a portfolio done and submit it in various AD agencies, Fashion houses, Studios etc. as directly entering the small screen might be difficult and also, modeling might provide you the right platform to show your talent. Few qualities that a good actor should posses are, A photogenic Face, good looks, good height, attractive voice, an appealing attitude etc. If you have all this, then all you need to do is to learn how to play around with emotions. If you are able to get the right emotion on your face at the right time, then you would surely be on the screen. In order to enhance these skills, I would advice you to join a good acting school. Well considering your passion for IT field, I would suggest you with 2 options:-
1. You can start with C++ in order to begin the career in your desired field and to understand where you stand.
2. You can opt for SAP courses too.
If at all you looking for php, I may suggest you to go for Web Designing. The Web Designing and PHP, both are interrelated. If you want to develop something dynamic, you have to learn them both simultaneously.
