Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this. Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose. Go speak to people over there and see if you like their philosophy and they change your perspective. Try their website for more details. Hi Saathiya,
The best option is to go for a full time MBA in retail/sales & marketing or operations, from a decent B-School like IIMs etc. as this will not only give you a good practical exposure but also helps you in getting much better job opportunities. However, even if you are not planning to join a full time programme then also opting for a degree programme would be better than a PG Diploma programme.
I would like to add that the standing of the University/ Institute would also matter like a PG Diploma from Symbiosis & MBA from FMS will have almost same standing.
Hope this resolve your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case
