Hi Tarun,
Although, the opinion may vary from person to person but, frankly speaking both the colleges are good with their own merits and demerits. Both have good track records in terms of students profile and faculty etc. But I would suggest that before taking a final call you should visit both the Institutes ones and should talk to the current batch students and faculty members to have more crisp and updated information.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a "best answer" or pressing the "thumbs up" icon.
Thanks,
Pooja

Hi,
The AIR and State ranks are very low to suggest any good, reputed institute but then you need not loose hope as there are private institutes as well, where in you can pursue the particular course like Amity, but as you are looking for institutes in Hyderabad, you may look in for a provisions for admission in institutes like Mahaveer Inst. of Science & Technology, M.J. college of Engg. College & Technology, Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology and a few others.
You can try to inquire about the eligibility for these and the other institutes in the preferred location.
