As Mechatronics still a new specialization in engineering field you will not find many Institutes providing this degree. Few of the Institutes providing this degree are: Jadavpur University, Bangalore University, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology, Sri Belimatha Maha Sahamsthana Institute of Technology, M. S. Engineering College, etc. I couldnt find any Institute in Maharashtra.

Hi Arun,
Considering your education qualification which was a diploma in EC, if this was of engineering stream, in that case you can look for the lateral entry in engineering degree course through clearing the relevant exam.
Other than this if you are keen to pursue a course relevant to IT stream, then you can look for the options like BCA, B.Sc IT, GNIIT programs.
Kindly revert for any further queries, also if you liked this answer then rate it 'Best answer' or give a 'Thumbs Up' rating.
