The time table of the lectures is such that it gives you enough time to do internships alongside the course rather than restricting them till after completion. You may find a variety of job opportunities in whichever media field you like, either through the college itself or via other means. I know this answer is a little vague, but frankly that's kind of how the media space has been for me so far. It's not a dead set path.

If you want to pursue your Masters abroad and that too in English speaking country then you can do so in US, Canada, Australia, England,etc. I think other countries may have but you should restrict to these four only.

As per as his works it may effect when he successfully banned H1 visa then there is a problem for Indian engineer in US But right now government of USA withdraw the decision. but so now a days there is no problem at all and we wish US President never success to do this as if this is done then many Indian came back to India and there is less job opportunity here.
