If you are a Delhi resident then you will surely get a college under IPU. If you are from other state, you still have chances to get a seat here. But you'll have to keep other options as well.

Dear, you didn't mention in what exam you got this score. As per the ICAR rules, there is a separate counselling for UG/PG and Ph.D. So, on the basis of obtained marks and rank, you will be called for counselling. And there you can opt for a better college.

You just need the degree of MA that's the main criteria and to get the job, that too depends on your marks and your performance in your interview, though the case of marks will vary for different kind of colleges. Generally, colleges release advertisements for teacher post which you need to catch. You should first need to enlist the name of your favorable colleges and by every week twice check the main website of those preferable colleges. Good luck.

I think they might not as it's a state board examination and you have to get the certificate from the state from where you stay. But still you can better try to contact with WBJEE board through phone call/e-mail to get the most right answer in this connection.

It is not necessary. If you want to be placed in abroad, get your regular MBA done from a reputed institute and aim for placements with an MNC. You might have to start in India but eventually you can ask for a change in the location.

B.Com is a traditional course which improves your basics in accounts and finance and BBA is vocational course, which is kind of flexible course. In comparison to B.Com, BBA has business studies related subject which gives you a better platform for doing MBA in future. So, it depends upon you, if you want to go for quality education, then pursue B.Com from good college, and if your ultimate goal is doing job or MBA after graduation, then B.Com is better, as BBAs are also hired in media industry and other fields too.
All the best.
