No, you can't do that now. Once the form is submitted and the examination is conducted nothing about the changing can be done, unless it is done during "form correction" procedure. The form correction process comes many days before the examination. JEE advance offers the last chance to correct the basics incorrect details. But still, the category can't be changed.

The only way to get admission in DTU for Diploma holders is an entrance test and that is LEET.
I am a student of DTU.
So as of now, no notice has been released.
But you can expect the application form out in the month of June and test date will be in June itself.
The result will be declared in July and admissions will be done in August.
