Placements are pretty good here. Many major IT companies visit the campus. Chitkara University usually comes with 100% CSE placements. Well, I can't compare both but yes Chitkara University certainly gives many extraordinary features like summer exchange, guest lectures, and many workshops. So choose wisely.

As Patel have explained the process to go for engineering, some colleges do have their own entrance or some have donation system. I would name one college i.e. UEM, Kolkata to choose when you score in the exams due to its good placement and infrastructure. Check here to know more about the college:

Yes, it can definitely be done simultaneously but you will have to focus on fashion design. You will not have time to focus on B.Com. So, if you want to do both only for the sake of getting two degrees, you can go for it but I would suggest focus on only one.

Even books by Manhattan and Kaplan (Kaplans GRE Premier 2016) are popular.
