Hello Aditya,
Please be specific about the university
If you meant about Texas A&M College station, then your GRE score should be 325+ with 100+ in TOEFL. You should have 78% and above in Bachelors.
In case of Texas A&M Kingsville, the competition is pretty less. GRE score between 295-300 will be sufficient.
Texas A&M Corpus Christi is much more easier to get in.
All the best!

With BBA IT you may face challenges in getting jobs in Indian IT industry in Pre Sales Support, Account Mangement, Sales or Business Analysis. For these role preferred choice is MBA IT by most the IT companies. With BBA IT you may get job of research assistant job in Pre Sales department or Bid Management team of IT. I am of the opinion that students must do plain vanilla BBA.

BE is four year rigorous engineering degree and B.Sc is three year basic science degree. With BE you have wider scope and multiple career opportunities. Whereas with B.Sc career opportunities are limited. B.Sc graduates will have to do minimum M.Sc to have meaningful job. Therefore, I will recommend BE over B.Sc. However, if you aim is government job like Civil Services examination then you may chose B.Sc over BE. This will save your one year.
