If there is financial problem, then there is two option for you, as along with ITI you can pursue B.Tech from IGNOU, or you can go for B.Sc from any central university. Good Luck.

To achieve your target, you have to crack the NET exam or would complete Ph.D in particular domain with good grade and you should have good command over your subject .
Many universities do consider the correspondence degree for their lecturer opening but some don't.

You can do your B.Sc in computer science, if you are a science student or otherwise if you are a commerce student then also you can do BCA, so that you can get selected for IT companies. If you are a science student and write CET, then you can opt for engineering in computer science.
