I have not understood your statement " ITI diploma holder. Diploma is a three year course after 10th while ITI is only one year after 10th. Lateral entry for engineering graduation is available only after three year diploma courses.

ICFAI is offering Distance MBA programs like Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management. ICFAI is UGC approved Univeristy. AICTE is not mandatory for Distance Learning Programs and it is required for Technical programs like BTech, BSc, BCA, etc.
