Hi,Candidates who wish to take up IGNOU B.Ed must be trained in-service teachers in elementary education. Candidates who have completed teacher education programme recognized by NCTE in a face-to-face mode are also eligible to apply. Candidates who have at least two years of teaching experience in primary or upper primary schools can also take up distance B.Ed course. As you don't have teaching experience you can't apply. Thanks.

Yes, you can change your college in second year but you can't do it in the national level colleges like NIT's, IIT's or other deemed universities.
In local colleges you have the choice to change your college after securing fair percentage of marks. You need to apply to both the colleges for the change of your college to the respective college. They have to approve it and transfer your records from present college to the other. All you need to do is to secure good percentage of marks. Please remember this process won't be applicable for all the colleges across India. It is possible if both the colleges are under same university.

Hello Imran! Neither of these colleges are great choices for pursuing MBA as they don't rank under the top 50 colleges in India. Dear student, you can take up the entrance exam in SKCET campus and apply for MBA. Course fee for both management and government remains the same. The fee structure is Rs 1,60,000/- per annum (approx.) which is subjected to changes for this academic year.
