Yes, you can join IAF provided you are NCC Air Wing Senior Division 'C' certificate holder. The other eligibility conditions are for joining IAF under this scheme are:
Graduates with minimum three-year degree course in any discipline from a recognized University who have attained minimum 60% marks or equivalent and have passed Maths & Physics at 10+2 level or BE/B Tech degree (Four-year course)
Candidates who have cleared section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institute Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks or equivalent are also eligible.

Yes, you will surely get CSE in some engineering colleges, but don't think about top engineering colleges like VIT, SRM etc. Work hard and complete the course. Apart from that you have to thoroughly study the main programming languages like C, Java, C+, Javascript etc. While pursuing the course and also after the completion of the course. This will propel you to get easy placement in some reputed MNCs like Wipro, Capgemini etc. Don't worry, don't only think about marks. If the university has allowed you a transferred college then you have to pay the fees of that college. There is a provision for changing the college in engineering.

Hi,
Both are entirely different fields of study. One deals with machines and its working and all. Do go in this if you are good in physics. They usually get placed in various motor companies.
The other one you can opt if you are good in biology. They also get placed in some reputed companies or labs.
Both are good in their respect. It depends on what you are good at.

The admission process varies according to the degree course you want to pursue, if you want to pursue a graduation course, then online application can be submitted but if you wish to do a master's course, then you have to physically submit all the documents at the office of SOL.
The documents you will be needing are 10th marksheet, 12th marksheet, graduation marksheet (for master's) and character certificate.
