If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. Yes, you can get into science if you want to become an IAS officer. Many engineering students also become IAS officer. It is not mandatory that if you study science then you have to get into medical field. You can take general B.Sc and prepare well for IAS exam.

You have to ideally complete your 11th and 12th after your 10th. You can choose science or arts or commerce depending on your interest. Instead of 12th you may also check Diploma courses.

Verbal Ability:
Start reading newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. It will also help you to get in touch with basic vocab. Don't miss out the editorial page. Hello Sagar,
It depends upon college in which you want admission as if you are getting admission in a government college then the fee is so low that is scholarship in this is not possible but if you are getting admission in private college then they take exam and on this basis you get scholarship.
